Other features or issues related to Microsoft Partner Center
For CDX/Partner Center access issues showing "Oops! It looks like you do not have permissions to access this page", check these items in order:
- In Partner Center, go to Settings > Account settings > My Access and verify the roles currently assigned.
- Under Request access and help, expand the workspace and identify the correct contact for access:
- Account admin for Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, CSP, and Referrals
- Owner or Manager for Microsoft Marketplace, Windows and Xbox, Microsoft 365 and Copilot, Microsoft Edge, and Hardware developer programs
- Global admin, User management admin, or Account Admin for broader role access depending on the role needed
- Confirm the sign-in account is the correct work account, not a personal account. If similar work and personal identities exist, select the work account.
- If the account belongs to multiple Microsoft Entra tenants, switch to the tenant associated with the organization’s Partner Center account.
- If recently added or changed, allow up to one hour for role assignment changes to appear in Partner Center.
- Refresh the session:
- Sign out and sign in again
- Retry in an InPrivate/Incognito browser window
- If needed, clear browser cache and cookies, then retry
- If the page shows "Access restricted due to conditional access policy", the organization’s Azure (Entra) administrator must resolve it. Microsoft can’t override those policies.
- If the issue is specifically with CDX portal behavior and access still fails after role and account checks, submit a support request through the Microsoft CDX portal help/FAQ path.
If secure Xbox resources are involved, access also requires being correctly added to the company’s Partner Center account, and personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for that access.
