No one is helping me with my compromised account.

All I have been trying to do is get my OneDrive back from someone who hacked it. There has been no response from Microsoft and I have submitted the approval form. I need to be able to connect with someone or takes screenshots so my identity is not hacked further. Please correspond! I just want to be able to connect with a live agent and there is no one to give this ATO ticket to!

This does not answer the question. This is an ATO ticket because that primary address was changed. I submitted the account retrieval form but I cannot attached screenshots or other information. Time is of the essence with my data and I need an engineer to see this and take the necessary next steps. Please someone help!

I'm afraid I have no idea what "ATO ticket" means. If you are saying that you have been in touch with Microsoft support, you need to contact them again.
