To see and pay a Microsoft 365 subscription bill, first check where the subscription is managed:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft subscriptions page at account.microsoft.com/services with the Microsoft account used to buy the subscription.
    2. Find the Microsoft 365 subscription.
      • If options such as Manage, Cancel, or Change payment appear, the subscription is billed by Microsoft.
      • If those options are missing or limited, the subscription may be managed by a third party such as Apple, Google, or a retailer, and billing must be handled with that provider directly.

If the subscription is billed by Microsoft, billing and payment can be managed from the Microsoft account dashboard:

    1. Open Microsoft account.
    2. Go to Order history to review charges.
    3. Go to Payment options to add or update a payment method.
    4. Go to Services & subscriptions to view renewal or expiry details and manage the subscription.

If help from a person is needed, use Microsoft Support:

    1. Go to Contact Microsoft Support.
    2. Enter the problem and select Get Help.
    3. If more help is needed, select Contact Support.
    4. In the support flow, choose Microsoft 365 and Office and then Manage my subscription.
    5. Select the option to chat with a support agent or request a callback when available.

If the charge is unrecognized or payment information may be compromised, contact the bank or payment provider to prevent additional charges.

Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If it is indicated you need to pay your subscription, are you able to renew your subscription from there?
