Business Verification Stuck at "Pending Partner Action" Past the Estimated Date for Hardware Developer Program

Our company is currently enrolling in the Microsoft Hardware Developer Program through the Partner Center. We completed the Employment Verification successfully in the previous step by uploading our official Business License. However, we have run into an issue with the subsequent Business Verification phase.

The current status has been stuck at "Pending Partner Action" since September 26, 2026, with a system-generated estimated completion date shown as "by 2026/9/28". It has now been over 10 days since that estimated date passed, but the status remains entirely unchanged and the verification is still not approved. We are concerned that our application might be caught in a background processing loop, as the timeline has significantly exceeded the normal manual review timeframe and there are no updates or requests for additional information.
