Clicking on the "View my profile" menu item does not open my profile page; instead, it redirects me to Copilot. This is incorrect behavior, as the function does not perform as advertised. Please fix this issue. It is unacceptable to be redirected to a completely different Microsoft service instead of being able to view my actual profile.

The quickest fix is to save a favorite (bookmark) which points to the section of your profile that you want to access easily.

    Hello Gergely Kemény,

Thank you for explaining the issue. I understand that being redirected to Microsoft 365 Copilot when you only want to manage your profile is inconvenient.

Microsoft has integrated several Microsoft 365 experiences into the Microsoft 365 Copilot interface. As a result, some links from Office.com or the Microsoft 365 portal may open the Copilot interface first. This does not mean that you need to use or purchase Copilot.

To help me observe the behavior more accurately, could you please confirm where you selected "View my profile"? For example, did you select it from Office.com, the Microsoft 365 portal, Outlook, Teams, or another Microsoft application? If possible, please also share a screenshot of the menu before selecting it and the URL shown after the redirection. Please hide any personal or organizational information before sharing the screenshot.

Could you also confirm whether you are using a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account provided by an organization? The available profile pages and account settings differ depending on the account type.

In the meantime, if your goal is to view or manage your work profile, please try opening it directly here: https://myprofile.microsoft.com/

You can manage your sign-in and security methods here: https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info

If you want to review the licenses or subscriptions assigned by your organization, please use: https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony

Please let me know where the View my profile option appears and whether the direct profile link works. This information will help me understand the exact navigation behavior and provide more appropriate guidance.

    Kind regards,
