Hello Microsoft Credentials Support,

Pearson VUE confirmed my AZ-104 exam is active for October 14, 2026, but informed me that my Candidate/Certification Profile is not merged with my Microsoft Learn account. All support links (aka.ms/CertificationSupport, engagecenter) redirect to enterprise/help loops.

Please initiate a Private Message with me so I can securely share my Candidate ID (MS ID: MS1101471522) and Order Number to merge my accounts and make my appointment visible on my dashboard.

Thank you!

Engage Center Hub is the location for certification support. Personal accounts are supported and you can use a different account to your Learn account.

I sometimes find that I need to use https://aka.ms/credentials-support twice.

If you do not see Microsoft Credentials selected against Product, create an account on the Engage Center Hub and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again.

If you see the message "You are currently logged in as a guested personal account, which may result in access issues on Engage Center." then click on "Sign in to Microsoft's tenant for Personal Users", select "Login to Engage Center", and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again.

If "No Access" is displayed, select Switch Tenant and choose your own tenant.

For a missing scheduled AZ-104 exam that Pearson VUE confirms is active, use this path:

    1. Confirm the correct Learn profile is being used.
      • Missing exams or credentials can happen when multiple Learn profiles exist under different login accounts.
      • Try signing in with any other Microsoft account that may have been used during exam registration, including a personal account or a work or school account.
    2. Check whether the exam is tied to a different profile.
      • If the exam was registered while signed in with a different login account, it may not appear on the current Credentials dashboard.
    3. If the profile needs to be merged, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
      • The support guidance for certification issues directs account/profile merge and other certification problems to Credentials Support.
      • Sign in with the account intended to be kept and submit the request there.
    4. If access to the original email account or Learn profile has been lost, privacy policies can prevent access to the exam appointment from that profile.

Do not post Candidate ID or order details publicly. Share those only through the official support channel.
