Once you have redeemed or associated a subscription with a Microsoft account, it is permanent, and there is no native way to transfer it to another Microsoft account. You can cancel the subscription and then resubscribe using the correct account.

However, since this was a mistake, try contacting Microsoft Support directly to see if they can manually transfer it on their end.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.

A Microsoft 365 subscription cannot be moved from one Microsoft account to another. The supported path is to cancel the subscription on the wrong account, then sign in with the correct account and purchase or reactivate there.

    Recommended steps:

    1. Sign in to Services & subscriptions with each Microsoft account separately and identify which account has the subscription that was reactivated by mistake.
    2. On the wrong account, select the subscription, then go to Manage > Cancel subscription.
    3. During cancellation, check whether a refund is offered under the cancellation/refund policy.
    4. After that, sign in with the correct Microsoft account and reactivate or purchase the subscription there.

If the cancel option is missing, check these items:

    • Confirm the subscription was bought directly from Microsoft. If it was purchased through a third-party retailer, Google Play, or the Apple App Store, cancellation must be handled through that seller.
    • Make sure the correct Microsoft personal account is signed in.
    • If the page shows Turn on recurring billing, the subscription is already set to expire and no further cancellation step is needed.
    • If there is an overdue balance or an expired payment method, that must be resolved before cancellation is available.

If charges continue after cancellation, common reasons are:

    • The cancellation was made too close to the billing date. Cancellations must be more than 2 days before the billing date.
    • The charge belongs to a different Microsoft account. Review the charge in Manage your payments.

If help is still needed, use Microsoft guided support or Contact Support.
