I need someone to call me back

I canceled this service two years ago

I didn’t realize that you charged me last year

You’re about to charge me again this year

I don’t have this computer

Your system is extremely frustrating

Getting to talk to a live person is virtually impossible

I’ve been scrolling through your prompts and reading suggestions and it’s just been a extremely frustrating situation

I need someone to call me as soon as possible

My American Express keeps telling me to contact you

And obviously contacting you it’s not an option

Please prove me wrong

My next steps will be contacting my lawyer and or canceling my credit card

Please prove me wrong in contact me as soon as possible

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

For an unexpected Microsoft charge, the fastest self-service step is to sign in to the Manage your payments page and select Investigate for the charge.

Common reasons a charge still appears are:

    • recurring billing is still enabled on a subscription
    • the charge is tied to a different Microsoft account
    • a previously declined charge was processed again
    • someone known to the cardholder used the card

If the subscription was canceled but a charge still appeared, one documented reason is that cancellation happened too close to the billing date. Cancellations must be made more than 2 days before the billing date. The subscription end date can be checked in Services & subscriptions.

If the charge is not recognized, contact the bank or payment provider to prevent more charges and report the card as compromised. If fraudulent charges are only disputed without replacing or securing the card, additional charges can still occur.

To reach Microsoft support, use Contact Microsoft Support, enter the billing problem, select Get Help, and then Contact Support.
