Over a week ago I tried to login to my onedrive to access some files and found it frozen saying I needed to upgrade, so i did from the 10qb subscription to the 100gb. Its still frozen after a week and I cant seem to find a wav to unlock it. Several Ai programs i asked dont seem to know what to do either and i rried asking various questions on google to find a solution but cant find one. I cant even get ahold of an agent in anyway. It says by November 1st its gonna delete all my files if I dont upgrade. The emails on the subscription and Microsoft 365 are the same. So i cant seem to find a solution.

    Hi, @aaron teter

It should only take up to 2 hours for your changes to be applied after upgrade.

If your account is still frozen after several hours, please contact support:

    • Here is the link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    • Type this keyword and press Enter: Contact Support.
    • At the bottom, click "Sign in to contact support" and sign in with your Personal Microsoft account (Not work or school account), or click "Contact Support" if you're already signed in.
    • In Product and services, select "Microsoft 365 and Office".
    • In Category, select "Manage my subscription".
    • Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

If you ever find yourself stuck in a loop, please use the keywords "Contact Support" or "Live Chat" (without the quotes) and click "Contact Support" at the bottom.

If you have any follow up questions, please let me know.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!
