To request a cancellation or get a refund, kindly follow the steps below:

    Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Look for the Microsoft 365 subscription you have.

Click Manage > select Cancel, then follow the prompts to refund the subscription.

To change the payment options, kindly follow the steps below:

    Go to this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

    Select "Add payment method"

Then follow the prompts to add.

If the subscription is not actually due until 05/27, check whether recurring billing is already off or whether there is any past-due balance before trying to cancel anything.

    1. Sign in to Services & subscriptions at https://account.microsoft.com/services.
    2. Find the subscription, select Manage.
    3. Check the billing status:
      • If Turn on recurring billing appears, recurring billing is already off and the subscription will simply expire on the shown date. No further action is needed.
      • If Change how you pay appears, recurring billing is on. That page lets the payment method be changed.
      • If Pay now appears, there is a past-due balance that must be paid before cancellation can be completed.
    4. If the goal is to stop future charges, turn off recurring billing or cancel the subscription from the subscription management page.

If there is no option to cancel or turn off recurring billing:

    • Make sure the correct Microsoft personal account is signed in.
    • If the subscription was bought through a third party such as Amazon, Best Buy, Google Play, or the Apple App Store, cancellation and billing changes must be handled with that provider.
    • Check whether the payment card has expired or whether money is still owed on the subscription.
