Unable to add MPN ID in app registration

I have tried multiple times, hours and days apart to add a MPN ID to one of my apps to get the app verified. I have a valid partner center ID, but every time I get an error message saying "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."
