Welcome Anna Phobia,
I'm sorry you're still experiencing this issue after following the Microsoft support guidance. From your description, Bluetooth pairing between your Redmi Note 11S 5G and the PC is successful, but Phone Link continues to prompt for a manual Bluetooth connection and does not complete the setup.
To avoid repeating steps you've already tried, could you please let us know:
- Are you signed in to the same Microsoft account in both Phone Link on the PC and Link to Windows on the phone?
- Does the problem occur during the initial pairing process, or does it fail when enabling features such as calls, notifications, or messages?
- Have you already tried removing the phone from both devices and pairing it again from scratch?
In the meantime, please check these items:
- On your Android phone, open Settings > Apps > Link to Windows > Battery and set it to Unrestricted
- Open Settings > Apps > Link to Windows > Permissions and ensure all requested permissions are allowed.
- In Windows, go to Settings > Bluetooth & other devices, select the Redmi phone, choose Remove device, restart the PC, and then reconnect through Phone Link rather than pairing manually first.
- Verify that Bluetooth is working normally by connecting another Bluetooth device (such as headphones or a mouse). This helps determine whether the issue is specific to Phone Link.
Looking forward to your update.
