Request to Add GSTIN and Reissue GST Invoice – Microsoft 365 Family Order

Dear Microsoft Billing Support Team,

I am writing regarding our recent Microsoft 365 Family subscription purchase made through Microsoft.

Please find the order details below:

Product: Microsoft 365 Family [--PII--]

We would like to add our company's GST registration details to this purchase and obtain a GST-compliant tax invoice for accounting and tax purposes.

Company Name: [--PII--]

The current order/invoice does not show our company GSTIN.

Could you please confirm:

Whether the GSTIN can be added to this existing order.
Whether the existing invoice can be corrected/reissued with our company GSTIN.
If the existing invoice cannot be modified, whether Microsoft can issue a revised GST tax invoice or provide an alternative GST-compliant document.
Whether we need to update any billing/tax information in our Microsoft account for future purchases.

I have attached the order screenshot for your reference.

We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter, as the invoice is required for our company's accounting and GST records.

Unfortunately, this is not something that can be handled through the Microsoft Q&A community. We do not have access to billing records, invoices, tax information, or order details, so we cannot add a GSTIN to an existing order or arrange for an invoice to be reissued.
