Microsoft for Startups verification failed — Program Support missing in Preview portal — manual review requested

My Microsoft for Startups business verification for Stroctus AI Inc. failed with “We couldn't verify your startup.”

I am using the new Microsoft for Startups Preview experience in Azure Portal. My account currently shows $1,000 of $150,000 credits unlocked, with my remaining credits expiring October 29, 2026.

Microsoft's documentation says business/domain verification is handled by Microsoft for Startups Program Support through Your Microsoft Team → Get program support. However, Your Microsoft Team / Get program support is not present anywhere in my Preview portal.

I also tried the official Microsoft for Startups Program Support link, but after signing in it redirects me back to the same Preview homepage. Azure Help + Support does not provide a Microsoft for Startups / Business Verification category.

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate my existing startup profile privately to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification for manual review or reopen the verification?

Stroctus AI Inc. is a registered Delaware C-Corporation. I can provide privately the Certificate of Incorporation, EIN documentation, registered business address, domain ownership evidence for stroctus.com, and any other verification documents required.

I do not want to create a duplicate startup application.

Thank you.

Thank you. However, this does not resolve the issue. In my Microsoft for Startups Preview portal, “Your Microsoft Team” and “Get program support” do not exist. I have also used the official Program Support link, which redirects me back to the same Preview homepage. Therefore, I cannot follow the documented support process described in this answer.

Could a Microsoft support representative/moderator please advise how to open a Program Support ticket when the Program Support entry point itself is missing from the Preview portal? I can provide screenshots if needed.

A Microsoft moderator cannot be used here to privately escalate or reopen verification. The supported path is to submit a Microsoft for Startups Program Support request through the Azure portal.

For a verification or benefit issue, Program Support is the correct team because it handles:

    • Business or domain verification
    • Azure credit activation issues
    • Benefit redemption issues
    • Billing profile issues
    • Entitlement corrections
    • Portal access problems

Use this path in Azure portal:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Navigate to the startup homepage.
    3. In Overview, find Your Microsoft Team.
    4. Select Get program support.

If the startup experience available is the older Microsoft for Startups portal, the documented path there is:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal.
    2. Select the ? icon in the top-right corner.
    3. Select Submit a Support Ticket.
    4. Attach relevant documents or screenshots of the verification error.

If using Azure Help + support, that path is documented for Azure technical issues such as service errors, outages, production incidents, and subscription or billing problems. It is not the documented route for Microsoft for Startups program-specific verification issues.

Program Support does not directly handle Azure service outages, runtime failures, production debugging, architecture design, or performance tuning.

Since the issue described is specifically business verification and the documented Program Support entry point is missing in the Preview experience, only the supported facts are:

    • Verification and compliance issues are in scope for Microsoft for Startups Program Support.
    • All startups must submit requests through the Azure portal.
    • The documented entry point is Your Microsoft Team → Get program support.
    • In the older portal experience, support can be submitted from the ? menu.
