If you are being billed for Microsoft products you did not purchase:

    1. Check your order history: Sign in to your Microsoft account and review Payment & billing → Order history to see whether the charges are associated with your account.
    2. Check active subscriptions: Go to Services & subscriptions and look for subscriptions you do not recognize or no longer use.
    3. Secure your account: If you see an unfamiliar purchase, change your Microsoft account password and review Recent activity for unknown sign-ins.
    4. Check other accounts: The purchase may have been made using another Microsoft account or by someone in your Microsoft Family group.
    5. Contact Microsoft Support: Select Billing & payments and report the charge as unauthorized. Provide the transaction date, amount, and description shown on your bank statement.
    6. Contact your bank if necessary: If Microsoft cannot locate the transaction, contact your bank/card issuer to dispute the unauthorized charge and consider replacing the compromised card.

Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Do you find any subscription listed there that you did not order?

If so, select the subscription, click Manage, and form there, you can cancel the subscription and disable the recurring billing on the subscription.

You may then be entitled to a refund, you can check your eligibility to a refund using the steps on this link.

If you are unable to find the subscription on your account(s) using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option
