subscription not showing

I renewed Sept 20 but my account is showing im on the free version and programs are asking me to renew

    1. Are you seeing this message on a Windows PC or a Mac?
    2. When you sign in to your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/services does the subscription show as active there, or still unpaid?
