I tried deleting the app, resetting my iPad, but it still won’t work. It says, “Invalid Request: The user session context is missing. One or more of the user context values (cookies; form fields; headers) were not supplied, every request must include these values and maintain them across a complete single user flow.” Please fix this.

    Hi, Jelena Partosan

That error means the sign-in process lost information it needed to finish; it doesn’t necessarily mean your password is wrong.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

On the iPad, open Settings > General > Date & Time and turn on Set Automatically. Check that the time zone is correct, then try OneNote again. People with this same error on iPad have confirmed that correcting the date and time resolved it.

Check the App Store for a OneNote update. If an update is available, install it before trying to sign in again.

If it still fails, open Safari and try signing in to OneNote on the web with the same account. This helps narrow down whether the problem is limited to the app.

If Safari works but the app doesn’t, let me know your iPadOS and OneNote versions. If this is a work or school account, also send your IT administrator the Request ID, Correlation ID, and Timestamp from the error screen so they can investigate the failed sign-in. Please don’t post those details publicly.
