Used Designer for the first time in a while. When I tried to access My Media, it forced me to login again. When I went to my files, only the file names are there. No actual images. help!

Hi Michael,

If the My Media section is not displaying your uploaded files, please try the following quick checks:

1, Refresh your Designer session

  • Sign out of Designer.
  • Close the browser completely.
  • Sign back in and check My Media again.

2, Test a different browser profile

  • Open an InPrivate/Incognito window.
  • Sign in to Designer and verify whether your media appears.

3, Check account consistency - confirm you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that was used to upload the files.

If the behavior continues across multiple browsers and devices, consider using the Feedback option within Designer to report the issue along with screenshots of the My Media page. This helps the product team review account-specific or service-related behavior more effectively.
