This morning, my Office programs changed from English to Spanish. I've tried several steps suggested by CoPilot, but none of them have worked. How do I change Office back to English?

I am going to give you some screenshots guidance in case you cannot read Spanish.
In the app, go to Files > Options
Language option is the 7th one down. You can select the language you want and use the move up option to move it to the very top. If English is not even listed, use the Add a language button to add it first.
This didn't resolve the issue. Why would my Office programs change to Spanish after years of being in English?
I wouldn’t know why it got change. But can you tell me why it wasn’t working? You cannot find the option or you set it is still in Spanish?
I confirmed the settings are just as you recommended, but the language didn't change back to English. I closed and reopened Excel.
Did you restart after that?

Is your Windows in English? It’s supposed to use windows settings. What if you add a language and choose English specifically?
Windows is in English, but the apps like Excel or Word are in Spanish. They just started showing up in Spanish today. I've never seen this before.
Like I said. Use the add a language option to add English and keep it at the top. See if that sticks.
