Unfortunately, to speak to Microsoft employee it is needed to know his/her phone number or e-mail and there is not any other way. Even Microsoft support is provided by hired third-party companies.

You may contact Microsoft support via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/ page. Try different answers to break thru robot system.

Use Microsoft Support chat or callback options:

    1. Open Get Help on the web or Contact a Microsoft support agent.
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft account if prompted.
    3. In the search box, type Chat with an agent, Contact Support, or agent support.
    4. Select Contact support at the bottom.
    5. Choose the product and category, such as Microsoft 365 and Office or Windows, then Technical support.
    6. Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser or Call me back if offered.

For account sign-in problems, start with the sign-in helper. Support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details.

If phone support is preferred, Microsoft provides regional customer service phone numbers on the support contact page.
