"Ms office" is a very broad umbrella term.
What's the product name of the key you bought? Is it Microsoft 365 Personal, or Micorosft 365 family, or is it perpetual license for Office Home 2024, or Office Pro Plus, LTSC or Standard? Please provide the name so I can give you instructions how to use it.
Also, what's the name of your previous expired license? Is it for Msft 365 personal?
