subscription 'egrowe' is disabled. When I try to 'Reactivate' it, it takes me to 'Settle Balance' page. That page says 'You dont have any outstanding charges for ...'
Help me reactivate my subscription.

So I can try and help you, please can you answer the following questions:
- Did you have an outstanding balance for the subscription?
- If so, when did this balance get paid?
- Do you have permissions for the billing profile and make payments?
