adding MPN ID to verify publisher error

Getting the below error when i try adding MPN ID to verify publisher, I keeping getting the error message below. I have tried every suggested troubleshooting step but it keep failing.

"There is a temporary problem with the service. Please try again later. If you continue to get this message, try again later. [2BbYCFJbHfQ4kfrBqTFTYM]"
