Hi,

I have tried reinstalling, logging out and back in, and pretty much anything you can do.

    Hi Calvin Goodwin,

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after you have already reinstalled the game and signed out and back in without any improvement.

Since you have already tried reinstalling, please check the following instead:

    • Open Settings > Time & language > Date & time, enable Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically, then select Sync now.
    • Open Microsoft Store > Library > Get updates, and install any available updates for the Minecraft Launcher, Xbox app, Gaming Services, and Xbox Game Bar.
    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Minecraft Launcher > Advanced options, then select Repair.
    • Restart the PC and launch the game again from the platform where you own it.

Could you also confirm whether you launch Minecraft Dungeons II through Steam, the Minecraft Launcher, or the Xbox app? Please share the complete message shown with error 0064 and let me know whether the error appears before or after the Microsoft account sign-in screen.

If the issue continues after these checks, I recommend contacting Minecraft Support because the error may require them to verify the game’s sign-in or ownership status. Thank you so much for your understanding.
