Why I lost my microsoft account?

I can't login to my microsoft account which i could login before. User's image

I didn't delete my account so why i can't login to it?

Has this email address (or alias) ever been removed from your Microsoft account before?

Also, may I know when was the last time you were able to access that Microsoft account?

I ask because Microsoft may permanently close accounts that haven’t been used for over 2 years. Microsoft’s account activity policy is here: https://support.microsoft.com/accounts-billing/manage/microsoft-account-activity-policy

Thank you for your support,

My email hasn't been removed form Microsoft account before.
I think my last login is in March, 2026.
I also check my gmail and find out that some suspicious action not from me in May, 2026. Removed passkey is the last email i received from that account.

My email don't receive the OTP code form microsoft. I have tried 5 times and still don't reveive code

Possible reasons supported by Microsoft documentation:

The username is no longer recognized. If the sign-in page says Microsoft cannot find the account, use the Sign-in Helper tool first.
If the account has not been signed in to for more than two years, it may have been deleted automatically and cannot be reopened.
If the username or password stopped working, try the Recover your account flow and use any other alias or phone number that was added to the account.
If the account was closed, it can only be reopened during the 30-day or 60-day grace period. After that, it cannot be restored.

Recommended next steps:

Run the Sign-in Helper: Sign-in Helper
If the message says the username is not found, try account recovery here: Recover your account
Check that the email address is typed exactly right, including the correct domain, and try any other alias or phone number that may be on the account.
If the account was closed recently, try signing in at: Sign in If prompted for a security code and it succeeds, the account can be reopened.
If the username is still not found after recovery attempts, use Contact support from the Microsoft support page for username/password stopped working.

Microsoft also states that support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details for security reasons.
