I purchased this Microsoft Surface Laptop second-hand approximately five years ago and have been using it personally. After resetting Windows, Windows Autopilot is forcing enrollment into an organization called Sky. I no longer have contact with the seller. I need Windows Autopilot device-record deregistration from an inaccessible previous tenant based on proof of ownership.
