    Dear @Mercado,Ana Grace C,

    I hope you’re having a good day.

Thank you for the additional information.

Normally, a scheduled email in Outlook on the web remains in the Drafts folder until the scheduled send time is reached. This is where you would typically open the message to edit it or cancel the scheduled send.

Since you are unable to find the message in Drafts, I would recommend checking your Sent Items folder first. If the message is no longer in Drafts, one possibility is that it has already been sent.

If you cannot find the message in either Drafts or Sent Items, please verify:

    • Whether the scheduled send time has already passed.
    • Whether you are signed into the same mailbox from which the message was originally scheduled.

If the message is not present in either location, there may no longer be a pending scheduled message available to edit or cancel.

Please let me know what you find in Sent Items, and I'll be happy to help further.

    Warm regards,

For Outlook on the web, a scheduled email stays in the Drafts folder until the scheduled send time. To cancel it and send later or edit it:

    1. Open Drafts.
    2. Open the scheduled message.
    3. Select Cancel send.
    4. Make the changes, or leave it as a draft.

If the message is not in Drafts:

    1. Search Drafts by the recipient name or subject.
    2. If the scheduled send time has already passed, check Sent Items.
    3. If the message was never sent successfully, check Outbox.

In Outlook Web App, unsent messages and drafts are kept in Drafts until they are sent or deleted.
