    Hello @Mary McNiffe-Camp

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are being billed for two separate annual Microsoft subscriptions. Please note that Microsoft 365 Personal and Microsoft 365 Business subscriptions are different services and are billed independently.

The Microsoft 365 Personal subscription you mentioned may be associated with a personal Microsoft account (such as an Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, or Live.com account). If you use the same email address for both personal and work purposes, you may be prompted to choose between a personal account and a work or school account when signing in. For more information, please refer to Which account do you want to use? | Microsoft Support.

In contrast, a Microsoft 365 Business subscription is typically associated with a work or organization account and provides business-focused services such as Microsoft 365 for Business.

To help determine why both subscriptions are being charged, I recommend checking the following:- Verify the email address associated with each subscription.

If you determine that one of the subscriptions is no longer required, you may cancel it using the following Microsoft documentation:

Before cancelling any subscription, I recommend reviewing the services currently in use to avoid any unexpected loss of access to data, email, OneDrive storage, or Microsoft 365 applications.

If the information above does not match your situation, could you please share the subscription names shown on the invoices or a screenshot of the charges (with any personal information removed)? This will help me better understand your billing concern and provide more specific guidance.
