    Hi @ASAD-I2F ,

The 403 LocationIneligible error indicates that the region selected during the Microsoft Purview setup is currently not accepting new customers.

Changing the Azure Resource Group location is unlikely to resolve this issue. During Microsoft Purview Pay-As-You-Go enablement, the Country/Region is fixed for the tenant. Microsoft also requires the Azure subscription used for billing to be active and in the same tenant as Microsoft Purview.

    Please verify:

    1. The Azure subscription is active and belongs to the same tenant as Microsoft Purview.
    2. The tenant Country/Region is configured correctly.
    3. The account performing the Pay-As-You-Go enablement has the required permissions.
    4. Retry the Purview setup after validating these prerequisites.

    If the issue continues with:

    Error: 403 LocationIneligible

Message: Selected region not accepting new customers

    Resource: i2F-MAIL

    Request ID: 00ac92c8-3a2b-4f86-90e3-9b10f757f48f

I recommend opening a Microsoft support request and providing the above details along with the tenant Country/Region, subscription details, and a screenshot of the error. Microsoft Support can verify whether Purview onboarding is currently available for the region associated with the tenant.
