my hotmail account was hacked last week. I ran 'log off all devices' in MS account and reset MS password. But now my hotmail account is stuck on last Thursday and hotmai also doesn't work on my Android phone. Can you help. Microwsoft tech tried to fix this Monday morning but as soon as he finished and logged out, my hotmail was still frozen as of lst Thursday. Can you help?

    Hi @Lee Reaves

I’m sorry you’re still experiencing this issue, especially after your account was compromised and you already worked with Microsoft Support. Since your mailbox is not updating on either Outlook.com or your Android phone, please first sign in to Outlook.com using a private or incognito browser window. Then check Settings > Mail > Rules and Forwarding. Remove any unfamiliar rules and disable any forwarding address you did not add. Please also check your Junk Email, Deleted Items, Archive, and Other folders.

Next, check whether your Microsoft mailbox or cloud storage is full, as this can prevent new messages from being received.

For the Android app, update Outlook from the Google Play Store. If it still does not synchronize after the password change, remove the Hotmail account from Outlook and add it again using your new password. Microsoft recommends re-adding the account when Outlook for Android cannot sync after a password change.

If Outlook.com itself remains frozen at last Thursday, please contact Outlook.com Support again and provide the previous case number, emphasizing that the issue continues on the web as well as Android.
