I Need a Microsoft Agent to provide technical assistance for adding AOL account to Outlook Mobile. This is urgent. I have tried your AI bot, but not real solution to my issue. Please provide instructions for submitting a ticket for a technical support request.

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble adding your AOL account to Outlook Mobile. Since AOL is a third-party email provider, Microsoft can troubleshoot the Outlook application, but AOL controls the account authentication and mail-server settings. Outlook for Android also allows AOL accounts to be configured manually through Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account > IMAP, if automatic setup fails. Microsoft’s instructions are here:

    From AOL: Use POP or IMAP to sync AOL Mail on a third-party app or download your email

    Scroll down the page to "Instructions for common email apps".
