    Dear @HARIYANTO,

Based on all the information provided so far, there does not appear to be any additional troubleshooting that can be performed from the end-user side. Since multiple students are unable to find the institution and the issue persists across different browsers and devices, it is possible that the institution is not currently available in the Azure for Students school verification database.

At this stage, the best source of information would be your school's IT department or administration, as they may be able to confirm the institution's current Microsoft Education and Azure eligibility status.

You may also find it helpful to review discussions in GitHub and other Microsoft developer communities. These platforms are commonly used by students, educators, and Azure users to share experiences with Azure for Students registration, institution eligibility, and verification-related questions. You may find useful insights from others who have encountered similar situations there.

I appreciate the time you've taken to thoroughly test and confirm the behavior with other students.

I hope your institution can provide further clarification regarding Azure for Students availability for your school.

Thank you for your time and understanding!

    Hi @HARIYANTO

    Please try the below options.

    1. Use an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and disable VPNs, ad blockers, and browser extensions.
    2. Try a different browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox).
    3. Change the Country field to match your university's actual country exactly.
    4. Type at least 3-5 characters of the full university name and wait a few seconds for suggestions.
    5. Verify that your university is eligible for Azure for Students and that you're using a valid academic email address.

If the dropdown never shows any schools, the issue may be on Microsoft's academic verification service rather than your browser. Similar cases have been reported where the School Name lookup returns no results, preventing completion of the verification process.

    Thanks.

    Dear @HARIYANTO,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!Regarding your situation, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies
    • Open the registration page in an InPrivate/Incognito window
    • Try a different supported browser

Additionally, it would be helpful to check with a few classmates or other students from the same institution:

    • Are they able to find the school and complete the Azure for Students registration?
    • Are they experiencing the same issue?

This information can help determine whether the issue is specific to your account/device or if it may be affecting other students at the institution.

You may also want to contact your school's IT Help Desk or IT Administrator to confirm:

    • Whether the institution is currently recognized and eligible for Azure for Students verification
    • Whether other students have recently reported similar issues during registration

Please note that this is a community forum where users help each other. I do not have access to the Azure for Students school verification database and cannot manually verify institutions or approve student subscriptions.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding!
