Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Rojin Topaldek [Student-BUS]
On the verification screen, please check whether “Sign in another way” or a similar option is available. If you previously registered another authentication method, such as a phone number, you may be able to use that method instead.
If Microsoft Authenticator is your only registered verification method and you cannot access it, you will need to contact your university's IT help desk or Microsoft 365 administrator. (Based on your thread's tag is "Education", therefore, education accounts are managed by the university, and only your school's administrator can reset your MFA registration or require you to register MFA again)
You can ask them to follow this article to proceed to reset your 2FA so that you could re-register again: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID |…
After the reset, you should be prompted to set up Microsoft Authenticator again when you next sign in.
I hope this information helps. Please feel free to let me know if you have any further questions.
