    Hi @Susan Douglas

I understand how concerning it is to see your Outlook calendar events shift by one hour, especially when Samsung Calendar displays the same events correctly.

Starting November 1, 2026, Alberta will remain on UTC-6 and will not move clocks back. Since the issue affects events from November onward only in Outlook, it may be related to how Outlook for Android is applying the updated Alberta time-zone rules.

    Please try the following:

    • Update Outlook from the Google Play Store and install any available Samsung/Android system updates.
    • In Android Settings > General management > Date and time, enable Automatic date and time and Automatic time zone, then restart the phone.
    • Check whether the same events display correctly in Outlook on the web.
    • In Outlook, open your profile picture > Settings > Help & feedback, and contact Outlook Mobile Support. Include your Outlook app version, Android version, Samsung model, and screenshots of the same event in Outlook and Samsung Calendar.
