    Hi Bence,

You may refer to this link for the information on how to proceed with cancelling the Microsoft subscription: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/cancel-a-microsoft-365-subscription

Additionally, please note that if your Microsoft 365 subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft, you can then cancel it from your Microsoft account. During the cancellation process, the system will automatically check whether your subscription qualifies for a refund. If eligible, the refund will be offered automatically. If the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, or another retailer, you will need to contact that provider directly regarding any refund requests

    Dear @Marie Mosquera

    Go to Services & subscriptions.

Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with the subscription, find your subscription, select Manage --› Cancel, and follow the instructions.

If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of Cancel, recurring billing is already turned off and the subscription will expire on the date shown.

    Best regards,
    Bence

To cancel a monthly Microsoft subscription:

    1. Go to Subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account used to buy the subscription.
    2. Find the subscription and select Manage.
    3. Select Cancel or Upgrade or Cancel.
    4. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

If Turn on recurring billing appears instead of Manage or Cancel, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and no further charges will occur.

If the subscription was purchased through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or a third-party retailer such as Amazon, cancellation must be done through that provider.

If cancellation options do not appear, check that the correct Microsoft account is signed in and that there is no overdue balance on the payment method.
