Will there be any error messages during installation? Could you provide a screenshot so I can see the specific situation?

    Hi

First, sign in here with the Microsoft account you originally used to set up Office 2019: https://account.microsoft.com/services

If Office 2019 is listed and the apps are missing, select Install to reinstall it, then sign in with the same account to activate. You don’t need to redeem an already-linked product key again.

If Office isn’t listed or activation still fails, could you share the exact error message or a screenshot? Please hide your product key and personal details.
