where is the outlook.com community? -- Settings for junk mail

I have received over 500 emails today from the @in2.getdrip.com. Probably more like 600-700. I tried to find help on outlook.com, no luck. Tried on the Microsoft site. Eventually it said to post questions in the outlook.com community... but there is none.

I am getting inundated; my head is underwater. outlook.com takes my good emails and puts them in the junkmail folder... even when I have rules on them, or they are in my safe senders list. Result is that I have to read every email subject and sender in my junk. That is now becoming hundreds and hundreds. Some days like close to 1000.
Many of these emails go to MOST of my aliases. So... I am thinking this is a microsoft problem?
I received the same email from 177 different addresses with the @in2.getdrip.com domain. These addresses are spoofed but show in the header as

Reply-To: ******@in2.getdrip.com

There were hundreds more... dozens with the same email domain (but spoofed) THIS is getting old. I do not wish to give up my email address and I am paying extra for premium... When will outlook.com get a handle on this?

  1. Junk mailers have little graphics with links to pull them up. When the junk mailer sees that the file was accessed, they know your email address is good and that you received the message. Every time Microsoft accesses a link in my email, they let the junk mailers know to keep sending. So they will keep spamming!!!
There seems to be nothing happening to prevent junk! And before you say it: I have people sending important legal stuff to me a lot lately... and that gets sent to the junk mail folder... therefore I have to read them ALL slowly enough to pull the extremely important emails back to my inbox. And even though I say that it is not junk, it may wind up there again.

This is getting old, I am wasting too much time each day on this. I use an app to filter email and it still wastes hours a day.
The rules often fail... actually quite a lot.
My rules and sweeps are extensive, but they cannot keep up.
safe senders fail.

Blocking still goes to junk.

sometimes good email could not pass a filter test and still get sent to junk...
or worse... deleted.

Rules do not seem to work if the email is already in the junk folder.
I am having to read hundreds of emails to make sure good ones are not in the junk folder.

This is the new version of "the outlook.com community". You are in the right place.

Correct. If the Spam is being delivered to your Junk folder (not your Inbox) - There is no way to stop it or automatically delete it. This is a long standing complaint from numerous users, myself included.

I think you need to consider the possibility that you account might have been hacked.

Sorry if this a nebulous answer, but I'm having trouble putting all your symptoms into a single bucket. Could be multiple causes of your current situation?
