    Hi Armond R,

I’m sorry that your booking page is displaying appointment times that conflict with events already on your calendar.

To help narrow this down, could you please confirm the following?

    • Are you using a Personal booking page or a Shared booking page?
    • Does the issue affect every calendar event or only certain events, such as recurring or all-day events?
    • If this is a Shared booking page, is the affected service assigned only to you, or to multiple staff members?
    • In the service settings, is Maximum attendees per event set to 1?
    • When you select one of the incorrectly available time slots, can the appointment actually be completed, or does Bookings reject it at the final step?

For a Shared booking page, please also open Services, select the affected service, and review its Availability options. The Bookable when staff are free option makes the service available only when an assigned staff member is available.

If possible, please create a short test event on your calendar and then check the public booking page in a private or InPrivate browser window. This will help determine whether the problem consistently affects newly created events or only particular calendar entries.

I hope the information I shared earlier was somewhat helpful in addressing your issue. Feel free to let me know if there are any updates.

    Best regards,

    Check these Bookings settings first:

    1. In Bookings > Staff > [staff member], make sure Events on Microsoft 365 calendar affect availability is turned on.
      • This setting makes Bookings use the staff member’s free/busy information.
      • It is turned on by default and is recommended to avoid double-bookings.
    2. If the issue is a sync error such as “This staff member’s calendar can’t be synced”, the staff member must share their calendar:
      • Sign in to Microsoft 365 and open Outlook.
      • Select Share > Calendar.
      • Under People inside your organization, set My Organization to Can view when I’m busy.
      • Select Done.
    3. In the staff member record, confirm Events on calendar affect availability remains checked after saving.
    4. If the service is assigned to multiple staff members, Bookings can still show the time as bookable when another assigned staff member is available. In that case, Bookings is checking the service’s assigned staff, not only one calendar.
    5. If availability still looks wrong, verify whether the event is on the primary Outlook/Microsoft 365 calendar that Bookings is syncing and whether the event is marked as busy. Bookings availability depends on calendar free/busy information.

If the goal is to block time for a specific person, ensure the service assignment and staff availability settings match that expectation.
