How do you get Microsoft Bookings to let the customer know which staff has been assigned to them?

I have Bookings randomly assigning staff to customer service requests, which is what I want, but then when the customer comes in they don't know who they are meeting with. Can the confirmation email input the Staff name so that the customer knows who they are meeting?

    Dear Natalie,

    From my research, Microsoft Bookings does not currently document a dynamic field that can insert the automatically assigned staff member’s name into the customer confirmation email. The Additional information for Email Confirmation field supports custom text, but that text is static and cannot change according to the assigned staff member.

    If the customer needs to know the staff member in advance, the available options are to enable Allow customers to choose a particular staff for the booking, or keep automatic assignment and use a custom solution to send the assigned staff information separately.

    A Power Automate solution may be possible through the Microsoft Graph Bookings API, but its exact implementation is outside the scope of this forum.
