If you purchased any apps or games on the Microsoft Store, open the Store app and click Library on the left, any apps or games you own on the Store should be listed in there.

    2

If you purchased any apps or subscriptions on your Microsoft account online like Microsoft 365, log into your Microsoft account on this link to find any current subscriptions...etc. you have and on the left, click Billing to see the history of any purchases on your account.

To retrieve Microsoft products after formatting the PC, sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used for the purchases. The current card number does not prevent access to previously purchased products.

For Microsoft 365 or Office purchases:

    1. Go to Services & subscriptions.
    2. Sign in.
    3. Find the Microsoft 365 or Office product.
    4. Select Install.

If the product was purchased as a one-time Office purchase:

    1. Go to Order history.
    2. Sign in.
    3. Find Microsoft Office.
    4. Select Product key/install and follow the prompts.
    5. Select Install Office.

To see products purchased during the last three years:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account order history page.
    2. Review app, game, or subscription purchases there.

If a charge appears on the old card but the purchase is not visible in the current Microsoft account, there may be another Microsoft account that used that card. In that case:

    1. Go to Microsoft account Payment options.
    2. Select Investigate to search for other accounts using that card.

If the purchase was made with a pre-paid Microsoft 365 card from a retail store and it was already redeemed, install it from Services & subscriptions.
