How to export all my Microsoft/Onedrive files from my locked account?

My Microsoft/OneDrive Account (******@outlook.com, backup email is ******@.........e.com) got restricted/locked. Besides the reason I appealed against, were never proven nor explained how exactly I was breaking any policy guidelines. So I am not requesting access to my OneDrive account anymore, since it gets declined no matter what way I use (request, appeal, complaint...).

What I want now, is to export all my files, such as documents, videos, images, software etc. But since I can't use any of my account tools or apps, such as the microsoft account center, mail account, or anything where you would have to login to make a request, I am trying to get help from my second account.

Legal Basis: The right to access personal data under Article 15 GDPR is a fundamental right that is separate from the contractual relationship or the termination of services due to policy violations. A violation of a Terms of Service agreement does not exempt a data controller from its obligations under the GDPR to provide the data subject with a copy of their personal data, provided that data is still in your possession.

I am aware of the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC) decision regarding Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (September 2025), which established that failing to provide access to personal data following an account suspension is a violation of GDPR transparency and access rights. I also note the DPC's finding that customer service teams often erroneously interpret data access requests as account recovery requests. Please ensure this issue is forwarded to the Data Protection Team and is not processed as an account recovery appeal.
