Microsoft Partner Center Dashboard Blank/Unstyled – ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID

I'm unable to properly access the Microsoft Partner Center dashboard at:

https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/home

I am already signed in, but when opening the dashboard, the page either:

Displays a completely blank white screen, or

• Loads as unstyled/broken HTML on other pages and sometimes says "Sign in required."

Checking Chrome DevTools shows that critical Partner Center JavaScript resources are failing with:

net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID

The failed JavaScript resources appear to prevent the Partner Center dashboard from initializing.

I've also reproduced the issue in Chrome Incognito, and I am already authenticated with my Partner Center account.

Is there currently a certificate, CDN, or Partner Center service issue affecting these Microsoft domains? Is anyone else experiencing a blank Partner Center dashboard?
