To check when a Microsoft 365 subscription renews:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the subscription: Sign in
    2. Find the Microsoft 365 subscription.
    3. Check the status shown:
      • If recurring billing is turned on, the page shows the date the subscription will renew.
      • If recurring billing is turned off, the page shows the date the subscription will expire.

If the subscription was bought from Microsoft, it is managed on the Microsoft account subscriptions page. If it was bought from a third party such as Apple, Google, or a retailer, billing and renewal are managed with that provider directly.

    Hi, @Debbie McGlathery

It depends on where the Microsoft 365 subscription was purchased.

If it was purchased directly from Microsoft, sign in here using the Microsoft account linked to the subscription: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Under Microsoft 365, you should see either the next renewal/billing date if recurring billing is on, or an expiration date if it is off.

If it was purchased through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or another retailer, the renewal may need to be checked through that provider instead.

Was the subscription purchased directly from Microsoft, or through another provider?
