I have paid twice for my Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. How can I contact Microsoft to get a refund.

Good day. You can request a refund through your Microsoft account.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in with the account that purchased the subscription.
Find Microsoft 365 Personal and select Manage > Cancel.
Follow the cancellation steps. Microsoft will check whether the subscription is eligible for a refund. Not every cancellation qualifies for a refund.
If the refund option isn't shown or you need further help, go to Microsoft Support, select Get Help, and then Contact Support if available.

Before cancelling, you may also want to check account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to confirm that both charges are listed under the same Microsoft account. If you bought the subscription through Apple, Google Play, or a third-party retailer, the refund needs to be requested from them instead.

To request a refund for a duplicate Microsoft 365 Personal charge, first cancel the subscription from the Microsoft account that was used to buy it, because refund eligibility is checked during cancellation.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account used for the purchase.
Find the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription and select Manage.
Select Cancel or Upgrade or Cancel.
Follow the cancellation steps on screen. During this process, Microsoft indicates whether the subscription qualifies for a refund.

Important details:

Not all cancellations result in a refund.
If no refund is issued, access to Microsoft 365 typically continues until the end of the current billing period.
If Turn on recurring billing appears instead of Manage or Cancel, the subscription is already set to expire and no further cancellation action is required.
If the subscription was purchased through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or a third-party retailer such as Amazon or Best Buy, the refund must be requested from that seller instead.
