    Hi,

Who is the email provider of the account?

First, make sure Outlook isn't in Offline mode. In Outlook, select Tools → Accounts, select the affected account, and verify that the account is connected and enabled.

    Outlook → Settings → Accounts

Select the affected account → – to remove it.

    Quit and reopen Outlook.

Add the account again and allow Outlook to synchronize the mailbox.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

For Legacy Outlook for Mac showing an almost blank window with only Home, Organize, and Tools, the supported next steps are:

    1. In Outlook for Mac, select Help > Check for Updates and install any available Office update.
    2. If Outlook is already up to date or the layout is still broken, select Help > Contact Support in Outlook.
    3. Include the screenshot, the Outlook version, and that the issue occurs in Legacy Outlook for Mac with the inbox and folders not displaying.

Important: if On My Computer folders are present, avoid removing the Outlook profile or reinstalling Office before backing up locally stored messages, because local mail may be stored there.
