How do I help my stepmom with a unwanted charge

Hello, I am coming here to help my stepmom since I have become very annoyed with the fact that somehow she is getting charged from Microsoft, I have been thinking it was the subscriptions from our family Xfinity that we have for ESPN Unlimited and Peacock but I looked into it and we don't owe anything for the 2 subscriptions despite me wanting to cancel them, but I am trying to figure out on what could be going on with my stepmom getting unwanted charges from Microsoft to get the charges disputed and fixed since I have looked on my personal Microsoft account (the one I am contacting you on) and seen no charge history except a game I bought with money tied to my Microsoft wallet and a digital Xbox gift card from Microsoft rewards. I know this is a headache for her but at the same time, I am trying to help her as best as I can.
