After a brief trial I determined that Microsoft Visio isn't suitable to my needs. I want to cancel the trial before I'm charged, but there is no Subscriptions link when I login to my account. How do I cancel?

    Hi @Rob Schellhase,

To help narrow this down, could you please clarify a few details?

    • Did you start the Visio trial using a personal Microsoft account (such as Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Gmail) or a work/school account?
    • Which Visio trial did you sign up for: Visio Plan 1 or Visio Plan 2?
    • have you also checked the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (if this is a work or school account)?
    • What happens when you try to view your subscriptions? Do you receive an error message, or is the Subscriptions section simply missing?
    • Could you provide a screenshot of the page where you expected to see the subscription (please remove any personal information)?

If this is a work or school account, please try signing in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and check whether the Visio trial appears under Billing > Your products. If it is listed there, you may be able to cancel the trial subscription from that page.

The answers to these questions will help determine whether the trial is linked to a different account, managed by an organization, or displayed in a different subscription portal.

If I have misunderstood any part of your situation, please let me know and I will be happy to assist further. Thank you again for your time and understanding. Looking forward to your response.
