I noticed from your screenshot that the application is identified as Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024. This is a volume-licensed edition intended for organizations, rather than the standard Office 2024 retail edition normally purchased by home users.
The message in your screenshot saying that Windows “couldn't verify and restore this app from your backup because it is not available in the Microsoft Store” does not necessarily mean that your Office licence has been cancelled. It indicates that Windows was unable to restore that particular Office installation through the Microsoft Store restoration process.
Since Office was supplied with your Amazon purchase, please check your Amazon order invoice/product listing and confirm the exact name of the Office product that was included. In particular, please check whether it says:
Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024, Office Professional Plus 2024, Office Home 2024, or Office Home & Business 2024.
Please also let me know how Office was originally activated. For example, whether you received a 25-character product key, signed in with a Microsoft account, or whether Office was already activated when you received the laptop.

If the purchase included a standard retail version of Office 2024 that was previously associated with your Microsoft account, Microsoft provides a process for reinstalling Office using the account associated with the license.
If Amazon or the seller specifically supplied Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024, the seller may need to assist with restoring the license/activation provided with the purchase, because this edition uses volume licensing rather than the normal consumer retail licensing channel.
