Good day Steven,
Just to gently clarify before going any further, this forum is separate from Microsoft Support. I don’t have the ability to access or investigate individual accounts because this is a user‑to‑user support forum.
Since your work account has been assigned a Visio Plan 2 license, downloading Microsoft Visio through office.com is the correct approach. To access the Visio download page, you can follow these steps:
Please sign in to office.com with the licensed work account, then go to Apps and more > More apps > Install apps > Microsoft 365 apps > Apps & devices > Install Visio.
Please note that my account doesn't have a Visio Plan 2 license assigned. Therefore, I will use the Install Office option as an example in the screenshot.
You can also open the Subscriptions tab to confirm that the Visio Plan 2 license is assigned to the account.
If Visio still doesn't appear, remove the license, save the change, then assign it again in Microsoft 365 admin center and follow the steps above to check whether the Install Visio option is available.
As an alternative, you can deploy Visio using the Office Deployment Tool. Please refer to the Visio deployment guide for detailed instructions.
If the issue continues, please contact Microsoft Support through Microsoft 365 admin center > Support > Help & Support. A support engineer can review the licensing configuration, verify backend synchronization and perform further troubleshooting if needed.
If you have any questions or need further support, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
