Please help me to access the ability to modify, change, use and save Microsoft Word, Excell and other Microsoft software

Are you using it on Windows 11, or macOS? If macOS, which version?

Are the apps currently installed? If so, is there a banner that has a button "enable content"? If so, click on that and it should work.

Otherwise, tell me, are the apps even installed? Or installed, but it won't allow you to make any changes?

If you go to your account https://account.live.com > Subscriptions, what's the full name of the subscription?

The apps are all installed. I had services for years now. Upon attempting to renew my plan I was charged and the app files up in the top say to purchase to change

I see, so essentially it happened after you renewed the plan, right?

In your account https://account.live.com > subscription, does the subscription show active?

If so, assuming you are using Windows 11?? Then in the App, like Word, Excel, go to Files > Accounts, click on Update license and log in again if prompted, see if that helps.

Oh, then the instructions I gave you wouldn't apply.

You might want to uninstall them first. drag them to the trash can.

Then reinstall them. Go to your Microsoft account https://account.live.com > subscriptions, find the install option for the subscription you have, download the installer file and run the file to install.

Can you also help me to figure in general how to find non viewed teams messages so I can also delete them I have 35 or more shown as in treams

If you click on the bell icon does it show you all the messages you missed? It can be also people’s reactions too. Not always an actual message.
